
4-E Mini-Grant Application
Empowering Purpose-Driven Nonprofits One Grant at a Time.
As part of our commitment to community-building and sustainable impact, The Cleveland Family Foundation is proud to offer $500 mini-grants to nonprofit organizations that align with the goals of our 4-E Program — Engage, Educate, Elevate, and Empower.
We believe small investments can spark powerful change. These mini-grants are intended to support grassroots initiatives, community outreach programs, and mission-aligned projects that drive progress and equity.
Inspired by the spirit of giving and sustainable community support reflected by organizations like the Cleveland Family Foundation, we aim to uplift emerging and established nonprofits working at the heart of their communities.
Eligibility Criteria:
Must be a registered 501(c)(3) or community-based nonprofit organization.
Must demonstrate active service in alignment with at least one of the 4-E pillars.
Must have been in operation for at least one year.

Grant Cycle:
Applications are accepted on a rolling basis.
Grant recipients will be notified via email within 30 days of submission.
Funds will be distributed via check or direct deposit upon award
